All classes are conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere by Chef Soichiro Chaki. A maximum of 6 students per lesson enables participants to receive one on one tuition from Chef and to get 'hands on' in the kitchen.

You've been amazed by the presentation and taste of the world famous Japanese dish- Sushi. It may look simple, but Chef will teach you the finer points of preparing and presenting this Japanese delicacy. At the conclusion of the lesson relax over dinner.

Bookings are essential and class confirmation upon full payment.

carpaccio MIZU style, thin slices of today’s sashimi topped with soy, grape seed oil, sea salt, dried shiso flakes and fresh lemon to squeeze

MIZU special temaki (hand roll)
jumbo tempura prawn, cucumber, tobiko, and
chilli mayonnaise in cone shape nori roll

takoyaki
fried octopus dumplings with okonomi sauce, mayonnaise and pickled ginger (6 pieces)

kanikoro
deep fried panko crumbed creamy crab croquettes served with
japanese BBQ sauce and fresh salad with MIZU house dressing (3 pieces)

kamo kuwayaki
pan fried duck breast slices in teriyaki sauce, served with mizuna leaves and
crispy julianne salad

wagyu sirloin steak (M/S 6-7)
sliced wagyu sirloin steak, soy glazing roasted pumpkin and sweet potatoes,
served with your choice of spicy garlic miso sauce or ponzu sauce
